Design Academician and Social Entrepreneur, with practice-based PhD degree from NIFT titled ‘Design Education of Chikankari Artisans: A Tool for Social Innovation'. Jaspal Kalra graduated in Fashion Design from NIIFT, Mohali followed by PGCHE and Masters of Design (Fashion) from Nottingham Trent University. He has a total work experience of 22 years, working in professional design spaces of self-run brand, ace designers, retail brands, buyers and knowledge sharing at various design institutes.

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector Susan specialises delivery and design of customized learning programs focused on empowering individuals. Trained in Instructional Design, she is a certified NLP practitioner and has a Certificate of Competence in Sosie Assessment. Currently Susan works as a freelance strategic HR resource for small-medium enterprises. In this role she engages with entrepreneurial firms on a long-term basis in Performance Management & Talent Acquisition.

Even after taking up higher education, he wanted a career in crafts. He undertook design and entrepreneurship programme at Kalhath Institute in 2019 and then was invited to join them as a trainer. ​Responsibility towards artisans, sobriety, craftmanship and vitality is what makes Danish an ideal for an organisation.
